  2. 1 pound lean ground beef

  3. 1 can -- (8-oz.) tomato sauce

  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  6. 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  7. 1 cup sliced celery

  8. 1/4 teaspoon basil

  9. 1 cup sliced carrots

  10. 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

  11. 1 cup macaroni -- cooked and drained

  12. 1 envelope onion soup mix

  13. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  14. 3 cups boiling water

  1. Crumble beef into slow-cooking pot. Add pepper,oregano, basil, seasoned salt, and dry soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce; then add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Turn control to high. Add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
