  1. 14 c Bread, day old; cut in cubes

  2. -to 15 cups

  3. 3 c Celery; chopped

  4. 1 1/2c Onion; chopped

  5. 1 1/2ts Sage, rubbed

  6. 1/2ts ;pepper

  7. 1 1/4c Butter; melted

  1. + Combine bread, celery, onion, sage, salt, and pepper; mix well.

  2. Add butter and toss.

  3. Spoon into a 4 quart slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring once.
