  1. 1 c Cooked lentils

  2. 4 ea Garlic cloves, pressed

  3. 2 ts Ground coriander

  4. 1 ts Ground cumin

  5. 1/2 ts Ground turmeric

  6. 1/2 ts Chili powder

  7. 1/2 ts Ground ginger

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small sacuepan. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to blend.
