  6. 1.00 c Reduced-cal margarine;

  7. 15.00 oz (1)pkg raisins;

  8. Sugar sub to equal 3 cups

  9. -sugar

  10. 2.00 ts Baking soda;

  11. 0 1/4 c Water;

  12. 2.00 Eggs; beaten

  13. 4 1/20 c All-purpose flour;

  14. 1.00 ts Ground cloves;

  15. 1.00 ts Allspice;

  16. 1.00 ts Ground cinnamon;

  17. Vegetable cooking spray;

  18. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil n a large saucepan;

  19. stir in margarine and raisins, and boil uncovered 5

  20. minutes. Remove from heat, and cool raisin mixture to

  21. lukewarm. Stir in sugar substitute. Dissolve soda in

  22. 1/4 cup of warm water; add to raisins mixture,

  23. stirring well. Stir in eggs. Combine flour, cloves,

  24. allspice, cinnamon, and baking powder; gradually add

  25. to raisins mixture, stirring after each addition. Stir

  26. in eggs. Spoon batter into 10 Bundt pan coated with

  27. 350 degrees for minutes to 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in

  28. center comes out clean. Cool cake in bundt pan 10

  29. minutes. Remove from pan; let cook on wire rack. Food

  30. 1 1/2 STARCH EXCHANGE
