  2. 6 large cucumbers

  3. 6 green peppers

  4. 6 large green tomatoes

  5. 6 large onions

  6. 4 cups sugar

  7. 1 cup flour

  8. 1 cup prepared mustard

  9. 2 pints vinegar

  10. 1 teaspoon turmeric

  1. Grind the cucumbers, green peppers, green tomatoes and onions together; drain off excess liquid. Place in large kettle; add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly as this will burn easily. Pack hot into sterilized pint jars. Process in boiling water in a water bath canner for 5 minutes.
