  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice - concentrate

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Tabasco sauce

  1. Combine the butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt and Tabasco Sauce in a small saucepan and heat until hot.

  2. DO NOT BOIL.

  3. Suggested uses: Pour the heated sauce over cooked asparagus and serve.
