  1. Mixed berries 5 Cup (80 tbs)

  2. Brown sugar 13 Cup (5 1/3 tbs)

  3. Whole wheat flour 13 Cup (5 1/3 tbs)

  4. Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  5. Flax seeds 2 Tablespoon

  6. Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon

  7. Canola oil 2 Tablespoon

  8. Sliced almonds 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  9. Salt 1 Pinch

  1. Directions Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl, combine berries with ¼ cup of the brown sugar and 2 tbsp. of flour.

  3. In a separate bowl combine remaining sugar, flour, oats, flax seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the canola oil and work with your finger tips until the mixture is moist. Stir in almonds.

  4. Pour berries into a 9-inch pie pan and top with the oat mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until berries are bubbly (yum)...enjoy!
