  1. Mutton - 100 gm (Boneless)

  2. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  3. Green chilly- 1

  4. Garlic - 5 cloves

  5. Ginger - 1

  6. Onion - 2

  7. Tomato - 2

  8. Salt

  9. Roasted Gram powder - 3 tsp

  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp

  11. Oil- 4tbsp

  1. Cook the mutton with a pinch of turmeric powder & salt for 5 minutes and drain the water and grind it with ginger and green chilly.

  2. Add roasted gram powder, fried onion, garam-masala powder and make this into small shape balls and keep it aside.

  3. For Gravy:

  4. Fry Ginger, Garlic, Garam-masala powder, onion & tomato and grind it with coconut.

  5. In a pan, add 4 spoons of oil and a cinnamon stick and add the above mix with 1 cup of water. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.

  6. Then add the balls and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with rice.
