  1. 1 cup Cooked AM Anasazi Beans

  2. medium Onion

  3. 1 Celery stalk

  4. cup Tofu, drained

  5. 1 tablespoon AM Unrefined Olive Oil

  6. teaspoon Vege-sal OR- similar seasoning

  7. teaspoon Chili powder

  8. teaspoon Oregano

  9. teaspoon Basil

  10. teaspoon Garlic powder
