  5. 16 oz elbow macaroni -- uncooked

  6. 8 oz ricotta cheese

  7. 1 c heavy cream

  8. 2 cloves garlic -- chopped

  9. : salt and pepper -- to taste

  10. 1/2 c parmesan cheese

  11. 1/2 c mozzarella cheese

  12. 1 lg jalapeno -- minced

  13. 1/2 c Green Chile Sauce

  15. 1 TB dried red pepper threads --

  16. 1 bn parsley or cilantro, chopped

  17. : for garnish

  18. Boil the macaroni until al dente and set aside. Beat

  19. the ricotta, cream, and garlic together in a medium

  20. bowl. Transfer the ricotta-cream mixture to a large

  21. skillet. Over medium heat, stir in the parmesan,

  22. mozzarella, jalapeno, and Green Chile Sauce. Add the

  23. cooked macaroni and stir the pasta until incorporated.

  24. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and transfer

  25. to wide soup bowls. Garnish with red pepper threads

  26. and parsley or cilantro.
