  1. 3/4 cup milk

  2. 1 packet

  3. 2 1/59 ounces

  4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  5. 1 box (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms

  6. 1 small onion , finely chopped

  7. 2 cups frozen cut green beans

  8. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese

  1. MIX milk and mushroom soup mix in small bowl; set aside.

  2. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onion is tender and liquid from mushrooms has evaporated. Add green beans and soup mixture; stir well. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 10 minutes; uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
