  1. Bananas (as many as you like) Yogurt or honey Strawberries Apples (sliced and peeled)

  1. Peel the bananas and put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Take the bananas out of the freezer and slice them. In a bowl, mix bananas with yogurt (or honey, if you don't like yogurt), strawberries, apples or any other fruit you like. (I use strawberries and apples because they are a bit sour, so they make the banana taste better.) Serve.
