  1. 4 Boneless top loin or New York strip steaks

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh rosemary

  3. 2 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Extra virgin olive oil

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated lemon peel

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coarsely ground black pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. Fresh rosemary springs

  1. Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides.

  2. Combine minced rosemary, garlic, oil, lemon peel, pepper and salt in small bowl; rub mixture onto surface of meat.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.

  4. Grill steaks over medium-hot heat about 4 minutes per side or until medium rare or to desired doneness.

  5. Cut steaks diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
