  1. 1 cup wheat berries , soaked

  2. 8 to 10 hours, drained

  3. 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Mild Italian Dressing Mix

  4. 1/4 cup orange juice

  5. 1/4 cup white vinegar

  6. 1/4 cup oil

  7. 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast

  8. 1 large Granny Smith apple , chopped

  9. 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces , toasted

  10. 1/4 cup raisins

  1. PLACE wheat berries in medium saucepan. Add 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 50 min. to 1 hour or until tender. Drain; cool.

  2. MIX dressing mix, orange juice, vinegar and oil in large bowl. Add wheat berries and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

  3. SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
