  1. Aioli

  2. 1cp mayo

  3. 1tbs lime juice

  4. 1 tbs Sabal Olek

  5. 2 tbls thai sweet Chile

  6. 2 tbls fresh cilantro finely chopped

  7. Shrimp

  8. 1 lb shrimp ,split and cleaned

  9. 1 cup all purpose flour

  10. 16 ounces beer

  11. 1/2 tsp sea salt

  12. black pepper

  13. 6 cps tempura mix

  14. Enough peanut oil for frying

  1. In medium bowl mix all Aioli ingredients ,and chill can be made 2 days ahead In

  2. in medium bowl whisk flour salt and pepper

  3. in medium bowl mix beer and tempura mix

  4. Coat Shrimp with flour mixture ,shake off excess

  5. dip in tempura Batter making sure oil is very hot

  6. fry shrimp about 4 minutes and place on a tray with paper towel

  7. Serve with Aioli for dipping and fresh slaw on the side Touchdown!
