  1. 8 oz Cream Cheese; Room Temp.

  2. 1/4ts Salt

  3. 1/3c Raisins or Currants

  4. 2 tb Chutney; Chopped

  5. 1/2ts Ginger

  6. 4 tb Sherry; Medium Dry

  1. + Directions : Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or cur- rants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
