  8. 1 1/2 c Orange juice

  9. 3/4 c Sugar

  10. 2 tb Cornstarch

  11. 1 t Grated orange peel

  12. 1 t Grated lemon peel

  13. 1/4 ts Salt

  14. --CAKE--

  15. 1 pk Angel food cake mix

  16. 3 Medium peaches

  17. 1 pt Strawberries

  18. 1 c Blueberries

  19. About 2 hours before serving or early in the day:

  20. Prepare fruit sauce: In 2 qt saucepan over medium

  21. heat, mix orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, orange

  22. peel, lemon peel and salt. Cook over medium heat,

  23. stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils;

  24. 1 minute. Cover saucepan and refrigerate about hour or until mixture is chilled. Meanwhile, preheat

  25. 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 jelly-roll pan

  27. Prepare angel food cake mix as label directs, but

  28. spread batter evenly in prepared jelly-roll pan. Bake

  29. cake 20 minutes or until golden. Cover large wire rack

  30. with sheet of waxed paper. When cake is done, with

  31. small spatula, loosen it from sides of pan; invert

  32. onto waxed paper on rack. Lift off pan; peel off

  33. paper. Cool cake completely, then return to clean

  34. jelly-roll pan or large tray. Cover cake if not using

  35. right away. To serve: Spread top of cake with about half of chilled fruit sauce. Slice peaches and strawberries. Arrange peaches, strawberries, and blueberries on cake; brush fruit with remaining fruit

  36. sauce. This cake is absolutely delicious and looks
