  1. 12 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 6 cups granulated sugar

  3. 12 teaspoons baking powder

  4. 6 teaspoons soda

  5. 6 teaspoons salt When mixing you will add:

  6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring (butter,rum, lemon,etc.)

  9. 1-2 teaspoons spices (cinnamon,ginger,nutmeg,etc.) If fruit or veggies are dry you may need to add some milk. One of the reviews said

  1. Mix thoroughly flour,sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Store in an air tight container. (Can be stored on shelf for months.) 2. Mix 3 cups baking mix, oil,eggs and 1 cup vegetables or fruits. Add flavorings,nuts, apricots,apples,apples,raisins,dates,etc.if desired. Add appropriate spices to compliment fruit or dried fruits of choice. Pour into one 8&1/2X4&1/2 inch or two 7&1/3X3&1/2 inch greased loaf pans.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes depending on size of pans. Use 3 cups of mix per loaf.
