  8. 12 ounces Semi-sweet choc morsels

  9. 1/4 cup Heavy cream

  10. 1 tablespoon Sweet Butter

  11. 2 Egg yolks

  12. 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream

  13. Melt chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat. Whisk in

  14. yolks, one at a time; mixture will thicken.

  15. Whisk in butter. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. With spoon make small

  16. balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc.
