  1. 6 oz. Ready-Made Graham Cracker pie shell

  2. 4 eggs, separated

  3. 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

  4. 3 oz. lime juice

  1. Separate eggs, saving whites for meringue topping. Combine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add lime juice until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into graham cracker crust.

  2. tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 c. sugar In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar on medium speed for 1 minute or until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat on high speed for about 5 minutes until stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved. Immediately spread onto prepared pie above, carefully sealing to edge of pie shell to prevent shrinkage. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve chilled.
