  7. 3 tb Olive oil

  8. 2 Rosemary Twigs

  9. 2 Onions

  10. Salt & Pepper to taste

  11. 4 Garlic cloves

  12. 1 Piece of Hot Pepper

  13. 1 cn Tomatoes,whole (16 oz)

  14. 15 Olives

  15. 8 oz Peeled Almonds

  16. 1 1/2 c White Wine

  17. Cut meat in big pieces. Heat oil & brown meat all

  18. around.Add the onions, chopped garlic halved, rosemary

  19. and the pepper (cut in half and kernels taken out) and fry with the meat. Cut up tomatoes and add with the

  20. juice, olives and sliced almonds to the meat mix.

  21. Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours, add wine and heat

  22. through once.
