  4. 1/4 cup tub light cleam cheese -- softened

  5. 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- thawed

  7. 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese

  8. 1/2 cup egg substitute

  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried ltalian seasoning

  10. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  12. 1 dash ground nutmeg

  13. 2 1/2 cups low-sodium marinara sauce

  14. 8 oven-ready lasagna noodles

  15. 1 cup shredded part-skim milk mozzarella cheese

  16. 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooling spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; saute 3 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl; beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Stir in onion, spinach, and next 6 ingredients (spinach through nutmeg); set aside.

  3. Preheat oven to 375 oF.

  4. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange 2 noodles over marinara sauce; top with 2/3 cup spinach mixture and 2 tablespoons mozaarella cheese Repeat layers three times, ending with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese. Spread remaining 1/2 cup marinara sauce over lasagna, and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Cover and bake at 375 oF for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before servrng.
