  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin - ground

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mexican oregano - ground

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion powder

  6. Cayenne pepper to taste

  7. Chipotle powder is nice also
