  3. 1 can (15 ounces) turkey chili with beans, undrained

  4. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes

  5. 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

  6. 1 medium green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

  7. 3/4 cup chopped onion

  8. 3/4 cup salsa

  9. 3 garlic cloves, minced

  10. 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  13. 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro, optional

Stir in the chili, tomatoes, peppers, onion, salsa, garlic, chili powder, salt and cumin. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until turkey is no longer pink. Garnish with cilantro if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
