  1. for Fried Mozzarella Balls

  2. 1 lb Mozzarella cheese

  3. 1 egg

  4. 100 g breadcrumbs

  5. Salt

  6. A couple of basil and parsley leaves

  7. 1/2 cup (100 ml) olive oil

  1. of Fried Mozzarella Balls Wash basil and parsley. Chop in a blender.

  2. Add salt to taste, break the egg in and blend everything well.

  3. Remove Mozzarella balls from the whey.

  4. Deep each ball into the mixture.

  5. Roll in breadcrumbs. Then dip into the mixture and roll in breadcrumbs again.

  6. Heat oil in a frying pan.

  7. Drop 3-4 balls at a time into boiling oil.

  8. Fry for 1 minute, turning over quickly.

  9. Take out with a skimmer and place on a plate lined with paper towel to remove excessive oil.

  10. Repeat the process until all Mozzarella balls are fried .

  11. Serve warm. Garnish with parsley and peppermint or any greens to your taste.
