  1. 3/4 cup water

  2. 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

  3. 1/2 cup couscous

  4. 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

  5. 1 Tablespoon honey

  6. 1 Tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate Dash ground cinnamon

  7. 2 Tablespoons finely chopped blanched almonds

  1. Preparation: Combine water, orange juice, couscous , orange zest, honey , apple juice concentrate, and almonds in a 1-quart microwaveable casserole dish. Cover. Microwave on high until the liquid is absorbed and the couscous is tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 1 minute more.
