  1. Four 4-ounce salmon fillets, skin removed, rinsed and pat dry

  2. 1 medium garlic clove, halved crosswise

  3. Smart Balance® Cooking Spray

  4. Dipping Sauce:

  5. 1/4 cup Smart Balance® Omega Plus™ Light Mayonnaise

  6. 3 tablespoons Reduced Fat Sour Cream

  7. 1 tablespoon plain or coarse Dijon mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  9. 1 medium garlic clove, minced

  10. 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crumbled

  1. STEP 1:

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. STEP 2:

  4. Rub the garlic halves evenly over both sides of the fillets and place on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with Smart Balance® Cooking Spray. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, bake 20 minutes or until the fillets are opaque in center.

  5. STEP 3:

  6. Meanwhile, combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Serve alongside the salmon.
