  1. 1 1/8 cups water

  2. 1 tablespoon salt

  3. 2 tablespoons butter

  4. 3 cups bread flour

  5. 2/3 cup raisins

  6. 2 teaspoons yeast

  7. 2 tablespoons sugar filling:--

  8. 6 tablespoons butter -- melted

  9. 1 1/3 tablespoons cinnamon

  10. 5 tablespoons brown sugar

  11. 3 tablespoons walnuts -- chopped glaze:--

  12. 1 cup powdered sugar

  13. 3 teaspoons milk

  14. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preparation : Use dough cycle in bread machine to prepare dough. Mix filling ingredients together. Roll dough into rectangles; spread with filling, and roll jelly-roll style. Pinch seams closed. Place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise about 30-45 mins. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30-40 mins. or until golden brown and bread makes hollow sound when tapped. Mix glaze ingredients until desired consistency. Pour over bread while still hot.
