  1. 2 tsp green tea leaves

  2. 1 apple, peeled and cut into slices

  3. 4 tsp sugar

  4. 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  5. 1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder

  1. Put the tea leaves in a kettle and keep aside. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a pan with 5 cups of water and bring to boil. Lower the flame and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Strain into the kettle and keep aside for a couple of minutes so that the flavours blend well. Serve hot.
