  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 1 Tbsp water

  4. 300ml cream whipped

  5. 1Tbsp coffee

  6. 1 Tbsp cocoa

  7. 1 Tbsp boiling water

  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff, add half the sugar and beat again Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and water till thick and creamy Fold the both egg mixes into the whipped cream In another bowl mix the cocoa, coffee, vanilla ess and boiling water to a paste Halve the ice cream and mix the chocolate mix into half Fold the two together to get a swirled effect.
