  2. Tofu, cut into small pieces

  3. 1 egg, beaten

  4. Black pepper, to taste

  5. Rice

  6. Small prawns, dried

  7. Oil, for frying

  8. 1 garlic clove

  1. Cut tofu into small pieces and place them on a plate.

  2. Beat an egg and flavor it with some pepper and pour over the tofu.

  3. Steam tofu on the rice cooker while cooking rice.

  4. Soak a small handful of dried prawns; soaking will remove the saltiness from dried prawns.

  5. Use some oil and fry the dried prawns; add in one pip of garlic for extra fragrance.

  6. When the dried prawns turn transparent and gives off a nice aroma, remove from oil.

  7. Pound these dried prawns with a mortar or blend it; sprinkle them on the steam tofu. .
