  1. 1 cup sliced strawberries

  2. 1/2 cup raspberries

  3. 1/2 cup blueberries

  4. 1/4 cup sugar

  5. 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

  6. 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam , melted, cooled

  7. 18 PEEK FREANS Arrowroot Biscuits

  1. TOSS berries with sugar; cover. Refrigerate 30 min.

  2. MEANWHILE, add whipped topping to jam in medium bowl; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. PLACE 1 biscuit on each of 6 dessert plates; cover each with 2 Tbsp. of the berry mixture. Drizzle evenly with any remaining berry juices. Top each with 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining biscuits and whipped topping mixture. Refrigerate at least 15 min. before serving to allow biscuits to soften.
