  1. Biscuits aren't just for breakfast anymore. The sweet cinnamon and raisin taste of these quick drop biscuits makes them a great snack with a cup of hot cocoa!

  4. 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix

  5. 1/2 cup milk

  6. 1/3 cup sugar

  7. 1/3 cup raisins

  8. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 1. Heat oven to 425 F.

  10. 2. Stir all ingredients in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.

  11. 3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  12. Makes 9 biscuits

  13. Variation: Increase cinnamon to 1 1/2 teaspoons.

  14. Special Touch: Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture before baking.
