  1. 1 pound fresh ground turkey

  2. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves*

  3. 1 teaspoon paprika

  4. 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  7. 4 slices mozzarella cheese

  8. 4 wholewheat hamburger buns

  9. 2 roma tomatoes, sliced

  1. Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white. Meanwhile, combine ground turkey, basil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1/4-inch thick) patties. Place patties on grill. Grill, turning once, until cooked through (12 to 15 minutes). Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted (1 minute). To serve, place burgers on buns; top with tomatoes.
