  1. 1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce

  2. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  3. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs

  4. 1 egg, beaten

  5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley OR 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

  6. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 4 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  9. 4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), each cut into 8 wedges

  10. Paprika

  1. Directions Thoroughly mix 1/2 cup picante sauce, beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, Worcestershire and 1/2 the garlic in a large bowl. Firmly shape into 8 x 4-inch loaf in a baking pan.

  2. Mix the oil and remaining garlic. Toss the potatoes with the oil mixture until they're evenly coated. Sprinkle with the paprika. Arrange the potatoes around the meat loaf.

  3. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until meat loaf is cooked through. Pour the remaining picante sauce over the meat loaf before serving.
