  1. 1 14 1/2 oz. College Inn ® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth

  2. 4 pork chops

  3. 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

  4. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  5. 2 cups onions sliced

  6. 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard

  1. Directions Coat pork chops with flour, shaking off excess. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown pork chops in oil. Remove pork chops from skillet; pour off fat. In same skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir onions for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add pork chops, beef broth and mustard; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until pork is tender. +
