  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Grated lime zest

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped cilantro and/or mint

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chopped, seeded Serrano chile - or to taste

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Toasted ground cumin

  8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Olive oil Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Whisk all of the ingredients together. Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
