  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temp.)

  5. 3/4 cup light brown sugar (firmly packed)

  6. 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  7. 2 large eggs (cold)

  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  9. 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped)

  10. 3/4 cup milk chocolate (chopped)

  11. 3/4 cup white chocolate (chopped)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.

  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using a mixer on medium speed, beat until well blended. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat on low speed until the eggs are completely incorporated. Slowly add the flour mixture and beat on low speed just until incorporated. Add the chopped chocolate and beat until distributed.

  3. Place heaping tablespoonfuls of the dough o a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes (until the tops are lightly golden in the center).

  4. Let cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
