  4. Yield: 8 servings

  5. 1 lb Bacon, diced

  6. 1/2 c Chopped green pepper

  7. 2 c Bread crumbs

  8. 2 cn Cream style corn

  9. 1/4 c Minced onion (16 1/2 oz. ea.)

  10. In a skillet, fry the bacon until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

  11. 1/8 to 1/4 cup of the bacon drippings over bread crumbs; set aside.

  12. Discard all but 2 tablespoons of remaining drippings; saute onion and green

  13. pepper until tender. Stir in corn and bacon. Spoon into a 1 quart baking

  14. 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until

  15. bubbly and heated through. Yield: 6-8 servings.
