  1. 4 1/2c Sugar

  2. 3 pk Chocolate chips (12 oz ea)

  3. 1/2lb Margarine

  4. 1 ts Vanilla

  5. 1 cn Evaporated milk

  6. 7 oz Marshmallow cream

  7. 2 c Nuts

  1. + Mix 4 1/2 cups sugar with one (1) can evaporated milk.

  2. Boil 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often.

  3. (rolling boil) Mix together in a large bowl; 3 packages chocolate chips, 7 oz.

  4. jar marshmallow cream, 1/2 lb.

  5. melted margarine.

  6. Cream margarine and marshmallow together and add chocolate chips.

  7. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture.

  8. After chocolate has melted, add 2 cups of nuts and 1 tsp.

  9. of vanilla, blend well, pour into buttered pans and chill in refrigerator.

  10. Cut into squares before firm.

  11. This recipe makes about 5 lbs of fudge.
