  2. 3/4 cup spicy brown mustard

  3. 1/4 cup mild(light)molasses

  4. 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

  5. 8 to 9 pound fully cooked smoked ham

  6. 1 1/2 cups soft fresh breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together mustard, molasses and cloves in a small bowl to blend. Score top of ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, cutting about 1/3 inch deep. Place ham on a rack in a large roasting pan. Bake 45 minutes. Brush ham with 1/3 of mustard mixture and bake 15 minutes. Brush with another 1/3 of mustard mixture, tent with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and brush ham with remaining mustard mixture. Press breadcrumbs over ham to coat. Increase oven to 450 degrees. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden.
