  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped onion

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped green bell pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Minced garlic

  5. 8 oz 227g Tomato sauce

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chili powder

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cumin

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Bouillon granules

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground oregano

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  13. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Spaghetti - cooked/drained Shredded cheddar - or monterey jack

  1. Recipe Instructions in large skillet, brown the meat with onion, pepper, garlic, then drain. stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange spaghetti on a platter, top with chili, then top with cheese.
