  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Hot Italian bulk sausage

  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Extra lean ground beef

  3. 4 Onions - chopped fine

  4. 1 Garlic - minced

  5. 12 Jalapeno peppers - seeded and chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dehydrated scotch bonnet peppers - optional

  7. 3 cups 711ml Favorite buffalo wing dipping sauce

  1. Form into 1" diameter balls, place on a baking sheet and bake at 400F until well done. Stick a toothpick in each, put on a serving plate and set a bowl of dipping sauce nearby. Makes about 24.
