    2. 8 ounces cream cheese

    3. 12 ounces sour cream

    4. 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

    5. 1 package taco seasoning mix

    6. 1 small can olives -- chopped

    7. 1 small can green chilies -- chopped

    8. 5 hot chili peppers** -- or 6, chopped

    9. onion -- optional

    10. 1 package flour tortillas

    1. Preparation :

    2. ** These are located by the pickles and come in a jar. They are a yellow reddish color.

    3. Use a mixer and combine all ingredients and spread on the shell. Roll up like a burrito, cut into 2 inch sections and chill.
