  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 1 cup (8 ounces) BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream

  8. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  9. 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup) STREUSEL:

  10. 1/4 cup sugar

  11. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  12. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  13. 2 tablespoons butter

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In a small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, butter and bananas; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. For streusel, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl; cut in butter. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes. Yield: about 1 dozen.
