  1. 500 Italian sausage

  3. 2 Celery - chopped

  4. 2 Carrots - chopped

  5. 1 Onion - chopped (large)

  6. 1 Canned Italian tomatoes

  7. 400 Tomato paste

  8. 10 Lasagna noodles - cooked

  9. 2 1/2 Salt

  10. 10 Oregano

  11. 1 Pepper

  12. 500 Mozzarella cheese - shredded

  13. 1 Garlic clove

  14. 750 Cottage cheese

  15. 2 Eggs - beaten

  16. 100 Parmesan cheese

  17. 30 Parsley

  1. Combine meat, celery, carrots, onion, garlic; cook till soft.

  2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, and pepper. Simmer.

  3. Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and parsley.

  4. Layer meat sauce, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and cooked lasagna 5. Bake at 190 C for 30 minutes.
