  1. 1 square unsweetened chocolate

  2. 1/2 c. cold butter

  3. 3/4 c. granulated sugar

  4. 1 tbsp. vanilla

  5. 2 eggs

  1. (8″) pie shell, cooled 1. Melt chocolate and let cool.

  2. Refrigerate bowl and beaters.

  3. In cool bowl cream cold butter, vanilla and sugar. Beat 5 minutes.

  4. Add 1 egg; beat 5 more minutes.

  5. Add second egg and beat on high 5 more minutes.

  6. Pour in cooled pie shell and refrigerate.

  7. Keep refrigerated, can be topped with chocolate sprinkles or chopped nuts.
