  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  4. 4 tablespoons 60ml Heavy cream

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garam masala

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper

  7. 1 Garlic - peeled and smashed

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ginger - peeled grated

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground roasted cumin seeds Generous squeeze lemon juice

  10. 1 Salt

  11. 1 Ground black pepper

  12. 1 Ground roasted cumin seeds

  13. 1 Cayenne

  14. 1 Amchhoor powder -

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut 3 diagonal slits across the tops of each chicken breast. Prick the chicken pieces with sharp point of small knife. Rub the chicken with salt and lemon juice. Leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine the cream. garam marsala, cayenne, garlic, ginger and cumin in a bowl. Pour over chicken in a plastic bag and leave to marinate for 12 hours or over night. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay chicken pieces in a shallow non stick pan. On top of each piece, sprinkle lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garam masala, and cumin. Place pan on top third of oven and bake for 15 minutes
