  2. 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey -- cubed or shredded

  3. 3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  4. 2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons capers -- drained

  6. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 4 stalks celery -- thinly sliced

  9. 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

  1. Heat oven to 350F degrees. Mix all ingredients except almonds. Spoon into ungreased 1-quart casserole or six 1-cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered until chicken mixture is hot, about 20 minutes.
