  2. salt and papper to taste. melted butter

  1. Dehusk the corn and get them ready for roasting. You can do it out in the open on a grill or inside the house on a cooking flame.

  2. The inside way is as yummy as the other one. Just put it on fire and keep turning until all sides look brown.

  3. Once roasted on all the sides prepare to spice it up. The way I do it.

  4. Take a lemon wedge and dip it in butter. Spread it all over the corn while squeezing the wedge a little. Next take a wedge and dip in salt. Repeat the process. Then just sprinkle black pepper on top.

  5. Enjoy it warm.
